Fashion Writers

Freelance, Remote

We’re looking to add new voices to Art Clvb section! Are you fashion-obsessed and constantly following the latest trends? Are your Instagram and Pinterest saves filled with pictures of outfits you can’t wait to wake up and recreate? We’re looking for vibrant, diverse, and passionate writers who love talking about anything and everything fashion-related.

You’ll pitch and write new and engaging content for Art Clvb site, working directly with our Fashion Editor. If you’ve ever read our site and wished you could tell people about that trend you know we’ll see popping up soon or have seen a look on a celebrity that you just need to talk about, we want to hear from you.

We’re looking for writers to contribute to the following categories:

  • Trend reports
  • Celebrity style
  • Evergreen fashion stories
  • Product reviews

Qualifications

  • A strong understanding of Art Clvb’s brand and coverage
  • A strong comprehension of AP Style and grammar and ability to follow Art Clvb
  • Experience writing about fashion
  • Experience sourcing and researching fashion topics
  • Be available to pitch and write 2+ articles a month
  • Be comfortable with Google Docs

Compensation

All articles are paid. Rates will be outlined and agreed upon when pitches are approved.

Submissions

Submit a copy of your cover letter pasted in the body of the email to submissions@. The subject of the email should be “Fashion Writer – your name.” The cover letter should include a little bit about yourself and the specific areas of interest and expertise you bring to the table.

Within your application, include the following in the body of the email with links. These can be links to your portfolio website, dropbox folder, or google drive folder. If using dropbox or google drive, please make sure the link is not private. Attachments will not be reviewed or considered.
